How can I make a complaint? The first course of action is to speak to the staff at the time. They would like the opportunity to resolve issues on the spot. If you have done this and are not happy with the outcome, we will try to resolve problems for you. However, if problems cannot be resolved satisfactorily and you wish to make a formal complaint, we will tell you how to do this.
