Comments & Suggestions

If you have any questions, concerns, suggestions or complaints about any NHS service you receive, you should speak to a member of staff as soon as possible. If you feel they have not been able to help you then contact the PALS department.

You may like to use one of the PALS Comment Cards. They are available at the Great Western Hospital or you can download a version as a pdf file (below) to print out and fill in. You can then put the completed card into one of the Comments boxes around the hospital, or hand it to a member of staff, or post it to us.
