Meal times Breakfast – 07.30 hours There is a choice of menu for every mealtime. Requests are made 24 hours in advance of the meal. For your first 24hours you will be asked what you would like to eat. After this time you will be able to order your meal from individual printed menu cards. A hot drink is usually served at each mealtime and in the evening at 8pm approximately. Occasionally a hot drink round may have to be missed due to circumstances beyond our control. |

Concerns and Compliments If you or your family have any concerns, anxieties or suggestions regarding your hospital stay, please do not hesitate to speak first to the nurse in charge of the shift at that time. If you do not feel that your concerns or anxieties have been resolved, please ask to speak to the Ward Manager. We would like to reassure you that we welcome constructive criticism as this helps us to improve both the environment and the service we provide to patients, relatives and carers. We hope that your stay is as comfortable as possible. |
