Visiting times Monday to Sunday: 2.00pm – 8.00pm To enable our patients to get the amount of rest they need to assist them in their recovery, we operate a strict policy for visiting. Visiting outside these hours can be arranged at the discretion of the nurse in charge and will be dependant on both the wishes and condition of the patient. For the health and safety of of patients, visitors and staff we ask that you restrict visitors to 2 adults per bed and that children remain supervised at all times. |

Meal times Breakfast – 07.30 hours There is a choice of menu for every mealtime. Requests are made 24 hours in advance of the meal. For your first 24hours you will be asked what you would like to eat; after this time you will be able to order your meal from individual printed menu cards. A hot drink is usually served at each mealtime and in the evening between 7.30 – 8pm approximately. Occasionally a hot drink round may have to be missed due to circumstances beyond our control.. |

Concerns and Compliments If you or your family have any concerns, anxieties or suggestions regarding your hospital stay, please do not hesitate to speak first to the nurse in charge of the shift at that time. If you do not feel that your concerns or anxieties have been resolved, please ask to speak to Senior Charge Nurse, Mal Stewart. We would like to reassure you that we welcome constructive criticism as this helps us to improve both the environment and the service we provide to patients, relatives and carers. We hope that your stay is as comfortable as possible. |
