We are on Level 2 of the Great Western Hospital near the Children’s Unit.

Mon – Thurs: 9.30am to 1.00pm and 1.30pm to 4.30pm
Friday: 9.30am to 1.00pm and 1.30pm to 4.00pm

Services provided

The Cashiers Office accepts payment for:

Private patients' invoices by cash, cheque or most credit and debit cards.
(Card payments can also be made over the phone between 10am and 4pm.) Tel: 01793 604465/6.)

Donations for the hospital's charitable funds.

The Cashiers Office also provides change.

Fare and Mileage Reimbursement

You may be entitled to help with your NHS travel expenses if you are attending an NHS appointment at this hospital and are receiving certain qualifying benefits or are eligible under the NHS Low Income Scheme.

You will need to supply proof of your appointment and proof of a qualifying benefit or entitlement:
