The Goals of the Consultation were: To gain your views and suggestions on: Our Strategic direction as a Foundation Trust How we will operate as a Foundation Trust A new name for our organisation To provide a broad view of the issues surrounding Foundation Trust status and outline the benefits and issues for the community and our staff. To enable us to develop the final proposals to operate as an NHS Foundation Trust, taking into account the views and opinions of our public, our staff and other interest parties.. The consultation was not a vote on whether we should become an NHS Foundation Trust but to seek views on our plans to become one. |
