Consultants from most specialties within the hospital use this facility, and may undertake out-patient procedures, such as minor operations, electrocardiography and phlebotomy with the help of our dedicated staff.

Ambulatory Gynaecology Clinic. The Ambulatory Gynaecology service offers the combination of a 'one stop' gynaecology clinic and keyhole 'day-case' surgery. Specialising in ultrasound scanning of the womb and ovaries, our services are provided by consultant gynaecologists trained in pelvic ultrasound and keyhole surgery, supported by a team of nursing staff.

Vasectomy Clinic (consultant urologist). For an initial appointment with a nurse, patients can self refer to the Vasectomy Clinic for information and advice.

Physiotherapy. We offer a highly skilled professional service to patients referred by GPs, consultants and self-referrals for specific classes. Our physiotherapy department provides a comprehensive service including assessment, treatment and discharge planning for both in and out-patients at the Shalbourne Suite.
